PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

If you are our customer, newsletter subscriber or website visitor, you entrust us with your personal data. We are responsible for their protection and security. Please familiarize yourself with the personal data protection, principles and rights you have in connection with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation within the EU).

I. Who is the personal data administrator
The personal data administrator on the website www.thisisrenew.space is Mgr. Lucia Safar and Ing. Martina Vargova on behalf of RENEW SPACE s r.o., e-mail: thisisrenew@gmail.com.

We process your personal data as administrators, i.e. we determine how personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long and we select any other processors who will assist us with the processing.

III. Declaration
We declare that as the administrators of your personal data we comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR, and therefore that:

We will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, in particular legitimate interest, performance of a contract, legal obligation or consent granted.
We fulfill the information obligation pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR before the processing of personal data begins.
We will enable and support you in exercising and fulfilling your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.

IV. Scope of personal data and purposes of processing
We process personal data that you entrust to us for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

Provision of services, fulfilment of the contract.
Your personal data in the scope of: e-mail, name, surname, residential address, in the case of a purchase as an entrepreneur or company also IČO and DIČ, account number, or telephone number are absolutely necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (e.g. sending access to the application, sending an online course, delivering goods, issuing an invoice, etc.).

Accounting
If you are a customer, we need your personal data (invoicing data) to comply with the legal obligation to issue and record tax documents.

Marketing – sending informational e-mails
We use your personal data (e-mail, or name), gender, what you click on in the e-mail and when you open it most often for the purpose of direct marketing – sending commercial offers. If you are our customer, we act in a legitimate interest, because we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news, for a period of 7 years from the last order.

If you are not our customer, we send you newsletters only based on your consent, for a period of 5 years from the granting. You express your consent to us by so-called Double opt-in confirmation. This confirmation is a clear expression of your consent to the processing of your personal data in the scope of e-mail and/or name.

In both cases, you can revoke this consent by using the unsubscribe link in each e-mail sent or by contacting us by email: thisisrenew@gmail.com.

Advanced marketing based on consent
Only based on your consent can we also send you inspiring offers from third parties or use your e-mail address, e.g. for remarketing and targeting advertising on Facebook, for a period of 5 years from the granting of consent. You can, of course, revoke this at any time via our contact details.

Photographic documentation, references
Only with your consent can we use your photos, videos or written references on our website, until you revoke your consent. You can revoke this at any time via our contact details.

We retain your personal data for the duration of the statute of limitations, unless the law stipulates a longer retention period or we have stated otherwise in specific cases.

V. Cookies
When you browse our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the site and which page you come from. We see the use of cookies to measure website traffic and customize the display of websites as my legitimate interest as the administrator, because we believe that this allows us to offer you even better services.

Cookies for advertising targeting will only be processed based on your consent.

Our website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer.

VI. Security and protection of personal data
We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development. We protect them as if they were our own. We have adopted and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures that prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data, including secure access to our electronic devices, phones, email inboxes, email distribution applications, billing systems, encrypted communication on our website (valid https certificate), secure access to member sections of the website, regular software updates, securely locked premises. Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.

VII. Provision of personal data to third parties
To ensure specific processing operations that we cannot ensure ourselves, we use the services and applications of processors who know how to protect data even better than we do and specialize in the given processing.

Personal data that we process as both a controller and a processor may be made available exclusively to collaborators and processors who provide administrative and technical support for the operation of applications necessary for the operation of the website and supporting applications or who participate in the operation of my business (accountant).

Other entities are only allowed access for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations.

We assure you that our collaborators who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of your personal data.

This confidentiality continues even after the termination of the contractual relationship with me. Without your consent, your personal data will not be released to any other third party.

It is possible that in the future we will decide to use other applications or processors to facilitate and improve the quality of processing. However, in such a case, when selecting the processor, we will place at least the same demands on the security and quality of processing as on ourselves and our current collaborators.

We will not provide your data to third countries. We process the data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that ensure an adequate level of protection based on a decision of the European Commission.

VIII. Your rights in relation to the protection of personal data
You have a number of rights in relation to the protection of personal data. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us by e-mail: thisisrenew@gmail.com.

You have the right to information, which is already fulfilled by this information page with the principles of personal data processing.
If something changes for you or you consider your personal data to be outdated or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change your personal data.
You can limit the scope of personal data or the purpose of processing. (For example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter, you limit the purpose of processing for sending commercial offers.)

Right to deletion (to be forgotten): Your other right is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). If you wish so you can request erasure and we will delete all your personal data from our system and from the system of all processors and back-ups. We need 10 days to ensure the right to erasure.

In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, and for example, we have to record issued tax documents for a period specified by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that are not bound by another law. We will inform you by e-mail about the completion of the erasure.

COMPLAINT to the Personal Data Protection Office:

If you think that I we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Personal Data Protection Office with your complaint at any time. We would be happy if you would first inform us about this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any errors.

We send you unsubscribe from newsletters and business offers, emails with inspirations, articles or products and services if you are our customer based on our legitimate interest.

If you are not a customer yet, we send them to you only with your consent. In both cases, you can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in each email sent.

IX. Confidentiality
We would like to assure you that our employees and collaborators who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of your personal data. This confidentiality continues even after the termination of the contractual relationship with us. Without your consent, your personal data will not be released to any other third party.

These principles of personal data processing are valid from 25.11.2025.
